Shipping | Delivery Information

Currently, Clarins.sa only delivers within Saudi Arabia.

All deliveries are handled by our courier – ARAMEX. Your delivery will be fully tracked with updates provided via email and SMS (if you provide a mobile number) throughout the dispatch and delivery process of your order.

Our delivery services

• Standard: SAR 30 (3 - 5 business days)

 

• Free standard shipping for orders over SAR 500

 

Delivery Process:

• Upon completion of your order on the website, our Warehouse Team will begin packing the order once your payment has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed.

 

• A “ready to ship” message will be sent to our delivery partner to collect the shipment on the same day or the day after, depending on the time you place your order.

 

• A dispatch confirmation email, including the ARAMEX tracking number and delivery details, will be sent to you. You can use this information should you wish to track the status of the shipment on the ARAMEX website.

 

• ARAMEX will contact you via SMS to provide information about your estimated delivery window.

 

• If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be returned to the ARAMEX Operations Center, and a customer service representative will get in touch to rearrange the delivery.
