Ginger lily is an organically-certified plant and the extract we use in our products is obtained using a natural and environmentally-friendly method. Because our commitment to responsible agriculture concerns both plants and the people who grow them, Clarins works with a ginger lily supply chain In Madagascar. The programme is made up of different initiatives that support responsible development. Our supplier works closely with a Madagascan partner to help local populations. Through this intermediary, Clarins has contributed to the construction of nearly 20 classrooms. There are also teacher training programmes and social subsidiaries in place, together with book and food aid programmes in schools and a project that facilitated the renovation and equipment of a health centre.
